These terms describe your agreement with MyLastWeek when you download and use the iOS app. They are written in plain English. If anything is unclear, please write to us.
MyLastWeek is a private memory journal for iPhone. You capture moments, the app turns them into weekly, monthly, and yearly Stories using on-device AI, and your memories stay on your device.
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to install and use MyLastWeek on iOS devices you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial use. This license is governed by the Apple App Store's standard end-user license agreement in addition to these terms.
You own every moment, note, photo, video, voice memo, transcript, and Story you create in MyLastWeek. We do not claim any ownership of your content, and we do not have access to it — your content is stored only on your device. You may export your content as a Keepsake PDF at any time.
When you use MyLastWeek, you agree not to:
MyLastWeek does not require an account. There is no MyLastWeek server that holds your memories. AI summarization is performed locally on your device using Apple Foundation Models. We cannot retrieve, restore, or transfer your content for you — your iOS device backup is your safety net.
MyLastWeek is free to use. Some features — including Monthly and Yearly Stories and the Keepsake PDF export — require a Plus subscription.
Plus includes a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your Apple ID is charged for the first paid period and the subscription renews automatically thereafter.
Every account also receives one free Monthly Story credit, separate from the trial. The credit is consumed the first time you generate a Month Story, whether or not you have a Plus subscription. The credit is not refundable or transferable.
MyLastWeek uses Apple's on-device Foundation Models to generate Stories. Availability and quality of AI features depend on your device model and iOS version. We do not guarantee specific results from any AI-generated Story; the output is a creative reflection of your moments, not a factual record.
MyLastWeek is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any AI-generated content will be accurate or suited to a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyLastWeek is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of memories, content, or data — arising out of your use of the app. Our total liability in any matter relating to MyLastWeek will not exceed the amount you paid for the app or for your Plus subscription in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by applicable law.
You may stop using MyLastWeek at any time by deleting it from your device. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of any subscription period already paid.
These terms are governed by the laws of Argentina, where MyLastWeek is developed. If you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence still apply and are not limited by this clause.
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date. Material changes will also be announced in the app. Continuing to use MyLastWeek after the update takes effect means you accept the revised terms.
